After Balkan Summit 2026: tracking outcomes, and Tirana in 2027

A 90-day outcomes report in January, and the next edition in Tirana on 14–16 October 2027.

Balkan Summit 2026 closed in Prishtina on 21 October. Its success will not be measured by the number of participants or panels, but by what happens three, six and twelve months later.

That is why the Programme Office follows up every meeting held at the summit. The outputs it tracks are concrete: memoranda of understanding, mandates and technical follow-up, each on a structured 30, 60 and 90-day cycle. The rule is simple: anything not tracked is not a summit outcome.

The results will be published. The public outcomes report is due at 90 days, in mid-January 2027. If you met a ministry, a financier or a company at the summit and the conversation has moved on, the Programme Office wants to hear about it at [email protected].

The summit also moves on. Balkan Summit 2027 will meet in Tirana, Albania, on 14–16 October 2027. Montenegro joins Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia, making four countries on one platform, and Mining & Critical Raw Materials joins the seven sectors. More time will go to matchmaking after every sector block, and companies will be able to present their own partnership opportunities from the stage.

Thank you to everyone who came to Prishtina: the governments, the financial institutions, our sponsors and partner, the speakers and moderators, and every participant who took a meeting. We will see you in Tirana.

Balkan Summit 2026 took place in Prishtina from 18 to 21 October 2026, at the Emerald Hotel.
